1. In the sample below, I made up $5000 in expenses. That includes basic rental, shared meals, and airport runs. I have NO idea how accurate it is. I think it's high.
2. I also made up 14 people and 1 child (half price) attending.
3. FINALLY - I dreamed up charging 40% of expenses evenly to everyone, and 60% based on the number of nights spent.
4. Here's a link to a Google Doc spreadsheet, but I think you have to sign up with Google Docs to view it AND you also need to get sharing rights from me. If you're the accounting/spreadsheet type, you might like f...ing with it. Pretty safe to change the contents of the two yellow boxes. Use decimal for the percentage one.
